Rock Hopping

Designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the Gower peninsula is just waiting to be explored and Rock Hopping is a great way to do it.

Make your way along this dramatic coastline, scrambling over and under rocks, as you discover facts about the sea and its inhabitants. You may catch a glimpse of a Grey Seal basking in the sun but it's the world beneath your feet you'll find most fascinating. Take a closer look at the micro-environment of rock pools, discovering what lives in them and you may even come across some fossils.

Please Note: We do not recommend this activity for Participants older than 12 due to its relatively sedate nature. If you would like more information about rock hopping in South Wales please Contact Us.
